DGen Impact Novice Programme

DGen offers a range of interactive learning experiences and community projects that provide you with the opportunity to meet friends from diverse cultural backgrounds and connect with mentors from various industries.

This prepares you for the future workplace while expanding your professional network. Outstanding participants may also be recommended for international exchange programs to meet friends from other regions.

What will you learn in our programme?

Learning in Action: Build Connections and Create Opportunities

In the three-month training program, you will receive our exclusive training, which includes workplace etiquette, charity brand support, and personal branding skills. This will help you enhance your professional image for future career development.

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to explore various communities in Hong Kong and engage in social innovation projects, participating in and developing different solutions.

In the past, we have trained over 120 students and arranged placements in more than 15 different social projects, covering topics such as minority mental health, inclusion for people with disabilities, living environments, and the rights of frontline workers.

What do our students and partners say?

We are delighted to collaborate with D-Generation in our community project. Throughout the project, the students have not only arranged online lessons and homework tutorial classes for the disadvantaged kids, but also helped in organising a press conference to voice out the needs of the families!

Working together with different people in this project really was refreshing, I really got the opportunity to explore a new career path other than the career related to what I’m studying, I really learnt a lot and there’s still much more to learn.
